We have a number of venues interested in hosting, but we are looking for an approximate headcount before we publish where the discussion will be held. When she’s not teaching yoga, she enjoys spending her time at Seeking Slow, a charming store in Eatonton, Georgia, where she immerses herself in its unique, eclectic atmosphere. Whether she’s inspiring others through yoga or expressing her artistic talents, Juliet’s vibrant energy and passion for wellness leave a lasting impact on those around her.
Anne Hays is a former Big 4 accounting professional who transitioned into a second career as a health coach after receiving her certificate with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She is inspired by her passion for health and wellness and embaces an active lifestyle, finding joy in hot yoga and swimming laps—a rekindled love from her competitive swimming days. Anne enjoys long walks while listening to health podcasts, always eager to learn and explore new ideas. Her dedication to holistic well-being was further ignited after meeting Dr. Casey Means, Jillian Michaels and JJ Virgin at a health conference, deepening her commitment to helping others thrive. Anne loves traveling with her husband, cooking healthy meals, and spending time with her two playful Westies. She is devoted to empowering others to align their mind, body, and spirit to achieve their healthiest, most vibrant lives through her health coaching at Authentic Health.
